Thank you for your interest in online personal training. I hope to answer most of your questions while giving you a clear understanding of how you will benefit from working with me online.
Remote, online based training is a relatively new concept that is gaining more and more popularity. Why is this? I have found that remote coaching is the most accessible and affordable way for you to access training with me.


Work out when it works for you
- Working together online means we do not have to find a time that works for both of us.
- You don’t have to “fight” with other clients to fit into popular time slots.
Work out where it works for you
- With minimal equipment required, you can work out from wherever you feel comfortable and confident – your home, office, gym, or a hotel room for example.
- You don’t have to fight traffic or weather conditions to get to a gym – but if you do like working in a gym you can definitely work your program in that setting.
- You can work with the right trainer for you – even if we aren’t in the same city.
Access your trainer when it works for you
- You can send me messages and videos when it works for you.
- We stay in touch in between your training sessions. In fact, I have found that I have more frequent communication with online clients than I do with my face-to-face clients.
Access training at a price that works for you
- You can access our online training for a fraction of the price of face-to-face training.
- You can choose the program that better suits your budget.
- You do not have to purchase a gym membership, which can save you hundreds of dollars every year.

THE TOOLS WE USE
In order to give you the direction, accountability and support that you need you will have access to a number of tools.
Mobile App
- I will use an app to deliver your workouts and provide feedback on your form
- Once you register for training, I will send you instructions on downloading the free training App, which you can use on either iPhone or Android. Everything that we do is contained within this software. Your customized programming, notes, and video demonstrations will show up in your App. You will also receive reminders of when it’s time to workout.
- You may have thought one of the limitations of online training is knowing if you are using correct form. It’s not as much of a limitation as you may think. Our App has a feature that allows you to take video of yourself performing an exercise. You can then watch the video side by side with the video provided and compare how you look compared to the demonstration video. I will also see this video and can provide you feedback.
- You will receive personalized notes within each of your individual workouts. I leave notes at the beginning of the workout, I leave notes about circuits and I leave notes about specific exercises.
- Together we will use email and/or phone as a support and accountability tool.
- Feel free to send me an email anytime. I do have a specific format that helps both of us, but it’s easy to follow. You can expect responses on Friday’s.
- You will have access to a private Facebook Group. This is a supportive place where you can you can post things that motivate you, share recipes, and ask questions.
- You will “meet” other women like you – women that will support you along your journey.
