You don’t need to spend $1000’s.  You may need to invest in some additional equipment.  The biggest 2 items I find myself recommending to new clients include

What you should avoid!  

Doing too much too soon!  For some people, this comes in the form of thinking you are going go from doing nothing to working out every day or even 3x week.  Set small achievable realistic goals that you KNOW 100% you can attain! Also, understand your why!  Remember your why and refer to it when you don’t feel like doing the work

What to expect.

Expect to be fired up for 5-14  days and then lose a little steam.   If you have identified your why, your true reason for the lifestyle style you can go visualize who you want to be and feel how it feels to be this healthier, more fit,  and uplifted person.  This can help put a little wind in your sails.  

What to look for if you want to hire help.

Assure he or she has experienced helping people like you get the results you’re after. 

Is a good fit personality-wise

Will push you and challenge you to be your best, even when you “don’t feel like it”

Will be there for you when you need it most and hold you accountable

Truly cares about YOU

Provides a high value for their time and expertise.
